50 female - no previous health issues other than 20mg lisinipril (BP medication) Nov 2016 blood work showed: Leukocyte Esterase 3+A (range:negative) WBC 10-15 (0-5) Bacteria 3+A (negative) Crystals - Calcium Oxalate Casts, Hyaline - ModerateA (none/trace) Creatinine .63 (.60-1.30) Feb 2017: glucose 101 (70-99) Creatinine .56 (.60-1.30) Calc Bun/Creat 36 (6-28), potassium 5.8 (3.5-5.4) Thoughts?

The laboratory report shows presence of infection in urine.
The kidney functions are almost normal.
You need to get an urine culture for identification of bacteria and thus its treatment.
